If you can, I would suggest getting a proper mental health assessment before you constipate yourself with online self help pointers. In the mean time,

1. Try not to let a negative thought stew in your mind for long.

2. Increase your income

3. Widen your networks.

4. Curate a self care package.

If you are a student at Makerere University, therapy is free as long as you have your student ID.

5. Talk, talk and talk about it!
